LERUNI Account Deletion

This page explains how LERUNI users can delete their app account and associated data. LERUNI is the new public name of the existing app and is published on Google Play with package name chat.tokki.app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open LERUNI.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion dialog.

The in-app flow deletes your LERUNI account and associated app data through the account deletion backend.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, use the Google Play developer contact listed for LERUNI and request account deletion from the Google account email used for LERUNI:

Include the Google account email used to sign in to LERUNI. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting the account.

What is deleted

• LERUNI account profile and authentication-linked app account data
• Private chat history and AI conversation data
• Persona memory and relationship state
• Daily Joy, gift, gacha, mission, and app activity records linked to the account
• Push tokens and local session data after sign-out/reset

What may be retained

Some records may be retained only when required for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or consumer-protection obligations. For example, purchase logs may be retained for the legally required period. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Timing

In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Web deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days unless a legal or security reason requires more time. We will reply if additional verification is needed.

Subscriptions

Deleting your LERUNI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
